Afrizan is seeking an experienced Call Centre Agent with claims processing expertise to join our team on a 4-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for proactive individuals to gain valuable experience in a dynamic hybrid working environment.


📍 POSITION DETAILS:

  • Location: Johannesburg CBD
  • Employment Type: 4-month contract
  • Working Model: Hybrid (office & remote)
  • Schedule: Includes 2 scheduled Saturdays per month
  • Start Date: Immediate availability preferred

🔍 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to claims processing
  • Accurately assess, log, and manage claims queries
  • Provide professional customer service and claims guidance
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve claims issues
  • Ensure compliance with processes, policies, and turnaround times
  • Capture and update claims information in internal systems

✅ MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven call centre experience in a claims environment (non-negotiable)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes
  • Good computer literacy and system navigation skills
  • Immediate availability or at short notice
  • Willingness to work scheduled Saturdays
